Carter Gibson 3 months agoCouple Concierge is the most fantastic property manager in all of Palm Springs, Indio, etc. I have been renting houses from them for Coachella and little trips for more than 5 years. Every time we are hooked up, cared for, and have the best time. I can not recommend Couple Concierge enough.

David Sagan We had an amazing time staying at Copple Concierge’s Hidden River property. The location and proximity to everything was beyond perfect. Trader Joes, Costco and many great restaurants are just minutes away. We were attending an event at the Empire Polo Fields (aka Coachella) and the house was so convenient located near it, it made for going back and forth to the house so easy. The house is beautiful inside and out. Tons of room to hang out in and our kids loved the ping pong. Foosball and pool table. The adults loved the pool/jacuzzi and we especially loved making Paloma’s using the delicious pink grapefruits that are grown on the premises. The house was super clean, super comfortable beads and located in a super quiet neighborhood. We will be booking this property again next year for the same event.1 

 Derek Hewlett Kristin and Eric found the perfect home for our vacation! Leading up to the trip, and while we were there, their communication was great too. During our stay, they proved to be an incredible asset. We always felt taken care of, like they were happy to take extra steps, and gave us impeccable advice/insights to make the most of the experience. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend. Thanks, we can't wait to come back!

I can tell you without a doubt if you are thinking about using a rental company this is the one I would choose. 100% she goes above and beyond to make sure guests are well taken care of while also protecting their client's property. She is careful about renting, while also being accommodating. Kristin knows what she is doing and if I had a property in La Quinta she would be my manager of it, on top of now being the only person I want to book a rental through in La Quinta for my family. I am spoiled for life now. Such an amazing experience. She knows what customer service is from both ends of the deal and is honestly just an amazing human on top of it. We had an amazing stay with them and the neighbors who are owners to the property she also manages love her. She had wine waiting for us, I had a mishap on our way out and had broke my foot, she sent me flowers and called to check up on me, she was just amazing.

Kristie and her team were absolutely amazing!   The condo was immaculate and ready for us upon arrival with a chilled bottle of wine and a/c running.   They took care of every detail and made sure we were comfortable and happy.  I highly recommend Copple Concierge to anyone and we will definitely stay at one of her properties in the future.   It was a delightful week with full support the entire stay.

I have known Kristin for many years and she has always been a very positive and happy person! In addition she's the most honest and reliable person I know! I have nothing but incredible things to say about Kristin! She contacted me before my stay, gave clear details about the location, and answered all my questions to ensure we had the best experience possible. She even provided a thoughtful welcome basket upon arrival and checked in on us throughout our stay. Her professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. I was stuck in traffic and was unable to meet her upon arrival so she recorded a thorough video explaining the parking situation and always responded immediately. I'd highly recommend to anyone and will 100% reach out to her again the next time I visit.

RENT THIS HOUSE! I don’t even know where to start in describing everything this perfect rental has to offer! Our family of 8 stayed here for nine nights over Christmas. It was truly a DREAM to stay here! Copple Concierge Services manages this property, Kristin and Eric (the Copples ) were pretty wonderful people with top notch service! Eric welcomed us to the home, showed us around and really started off our trip with a laid back chill vibe that made us feel right at home. Kristin! Oh my, where to start?!! Kristen decorated the home for Christmas Including a gorgeous tree with beautiful ornaments and personalized stockings hanging above the fire place. I had told her that it was our first family Christmas outside of our family home and she went above and beyond to make the place feel Festive. Imagine how amazing it was to find a bottle of wine, some craft beer, a great hunk of cheese and a massive tray full of homemade Christmas chocolates ( made by Kristin! ) waiting for us on arrival. When I look for a rental, I’m looking for enough seating to eat meals together, a great kitchen, and enough common areas and seating for our family to hang out. This place had it all! Oh and no fights for the shower because there are 3! First off, the house is huge! Master is larger than my kids NYC apartments were! House had the absolute best sectional couch that reclined! There is a sweet sitting area in front of the dining area, sitting areas in the backyard and lots of private space if needed. Kitchen was FULLY equipped, we wanted for nothing! Kristin was kind enough to lend me her special serving dishes and platters for Christmas Dinner. Who does that?!!!! Someone incredibly attentive and thoughtful that’s who! There were enough plates, cups, bowls, mugs, glasses and silverware for an army! Every kind of glass you could imagine was there! Every appliance you could want! Margarita night? Blender! Dinner for 12? Double Oven! Kid needs dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets now! Toaster Oven! My famous sweet n sour meatballs! Crockpot! Back yard oasis was a dream. Orange, Grapefruit and Lemon trees! So many different types of plants, Palm trees were insanely beautiful! Spa and pool were heated perfectly and so very clean! The beds were incredibly comfortable with tons of pillows and bedding, like falling asleep on dreamland! There were tons of towels for showers, pool and kitchen. Kristin even provided a new pack n play with new sheets for our Grandaughter! Eric and Kristin let us know that they were just a phone call away if we needed anything, but this house was so well equipped that we wanted for nothing! We visit the area twice per year, definitely will be choosing a property managed by Copple Concierge each time 

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations! It was safe, clean, spacious, and pretty. The pool was 

AMAZING especially at night, under the stars. Kristen welcomed my infant daughter and our little dog - THANK YOU Kristin!! There was even a Pack & Play available for use. When walking outside we got to see a herd of long horned sheep grazing, eating and strolling together through the neighborhood. So cool!!! We were so happy that the air conditioning worked great cause it was super hot outside. We were thrilled with the accommodations and the kindness of our host. She made us feel welcomed and at home. We will be back:)

Kristen and Eric were amazing hosts. Great communication & the property was gorgeous, trendy, and clean. The outdoor space was bigger than expected. My family enjoyed breakfast on the patio, even picked some fresh grapefruit right of the tree next to the pool, yummmm. Followed that up with fun in the sun, jumping back and forth from the heated pool and spa. Nighttime swimming was made perfect with fun colorful pool lighting, the kids favorite part of the trip. This house is perfect and fully loaded to entertain. I will be staying here on my next trip to Palm Springs and I recommend you do too.

If you own a rental house in the desert you understand the maintenance required, even during the slow months. It can become a grind when you want to enjoy the house but instead find yourself doing repairs, maintenance, running to Home Depot, etc. when you should be next to the pool sipping a cool drink with the fam.

Kristin at Copple Concierge has literally made our desert retreat what is was meant for, a place to come and relax. She goes above and beyond what any "property manager" would offer. She truly cares about our property and gives sage advise when it comes to dealing with renters and maintenance crews. She provides custom services to our specific needs.  A few of the many things she provides that I found invaluable are...

A thorough inspection of the house after the renters leave. Photos provided, and sometimes a video!

Points out any maintenance issues and has a great list of trusted local vendors. She will see any problem through until it is remedied.

Want a walk through of the property during those dormant summer months to make sure rattlesnakes aren't nesting in your backyard? no problem.

Want a welcome basket for certain renters? Of course.

Need to get all of your comforters and outdoor cushion covers washed? She's on it.

Need her to do a late night drive-by  to make sure there isn't a dance club happening around your pool? Done.

Kristin has seriously brought back the joy of coming out to the desert again. It's nice to have a trustworthy person I can call anytime for basically anything.

She's worth every penny (very reasonable rates by the way!)

Great Place! The spa and the pool are the shining points of the house, the kids love them most. Kristin is so nice. She even heated the spa for us before we arrive. I definitely refer this house to all my friends.

it was great staying at Kristin and Eric’s place. The house was great and actually bigger than we expected. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and the outdoor space. We spent a lot of our time in the back yard. The pool was beautiful and the spa was hot and great to enjoy during those cold desert nights. Kristin was a great host, very nice and accommodating, she made sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We will definitely return again.

Had a lovely holiday getaway with family! The house was sparking clean, with a nice open kitchen and a great pool. Communication was great and we were touched by the special treats left for us upon arrival.

Home was found as expected. Loved the art work. Neighbors were very nice and came over to introduce themselves........ dont see that often. Very nice place to stay when in Indio/Coachella area. Will look into this home next time in area.

The space is so cute and the epitome of Palm Springs mid century vibes. There was a code to get in which made it an easy check in and out. There were also pool floats for us to use that made this stay memorable and super fun! The kitchen has all the gadgets you need. Kristen, the property manger, was so accommodating and made our stay so great! She was so responsive and reached out and returned to us a piece of jewelry that was left. She definitely made this stay extra special. We definitely recommend this space!

Very cool home! At a good location and pool is so refreshing! Nice spacious backyard and extremely easy indoor to outdoor flow. Great for BBQs and just relaxing outside!
